We were both members of a local karate dojo but never happened to be there on the same night. Our dojo took a trip to New York for a conference and we ended up sitting next to each other on the plane. The gentleman who was seated next to Al switched seats with me and the rest is history!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We have three favorites. Our wedding day, the day our son was born, and the day of my heart transplant. We were together for 5 years before getting married due to my heart condition. After my transplant, I was finally healthy enough to plan our wedding! It was extraordinary! Seven years later, I gave birth to our son. We were definitely living in a moment you would die for…in all three of those memories! These are just 3 of the most breathtaking experiences we have shared in our journey together
What would you do with $20,000?We would most likely pay off our multitude of medical bills, do some much needed repairs to our house, and if there is anything left, make as many more breathtaking memories as possible with our little family. Life is best lived not in hours, days, or years, but in moments.
