Stewart was preparing to serve a mission for our church, and met my oldest brother. We started to write letters to each other until he left the country. When he came home, I received a follow-up letter from him. I called him on the phone, and even though we lived 3 hours apart, we never stopped talking. Our phone calls lasted for hours, drives and visits for longer. After a year and a half, we got married.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory is our wedding day. Neither of us wanted a big wedding, we wanted a big marriage. Our wedding day was simple, a religious ceremony in the early afternoon, lunch with family, and a reception in the evening. Cutting the cake, throwing the bouquet, and or first save as a married couple are things I can never forget or replace!
What would you do with $20,000?I would finish it backyard and bulls an office in our basement for Stewart to work from home in.
