Connect How did your love story begin?

I was for sure that I would never need anyone to match my weird. I could never actually connect with anyone on a deeper level and the people from my town were not the kindest. I decided to be a “crazy dog lady” that would take care of her handicap mom. I began traveling with EDC music fest and ended up going to Vegas. Jake was already in Vegas celebrating a friends birthday. My trip was supposed to last 24h but fate would have it that I had to stay a whole week and that’s when I met Jake.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We took a 6 week long trip throughout Europe where we visited 12 countries by plane, train and automobile. I remember driving through the Italian mountains and him making a playlist just for the this trip and how magical it felt to be sitting there with my best friend in awe of the natural beauty while listening to some amazing songs he curated. That was such a special moment. I think back to those times whenever I’m having a hard day and it turns my day around!

What would you do with $20,000?

I dream of us finally having the wedding we've always envisioned, a celebration worthy of our love. When we got married, we chose love over luxury, even giving up the chance to exchange real wedding rings. Now, I’d love to give each other the moment we’ve always deserved.
