It began after college when our paths crossed from a mutual friend. We had our first date in downtown Delafield, WI at Zin. We ordered the same meal and the entire time, shared back and forth about our life and ended up saying "same" almost every time after. We realized we had more in common than we thought and one of the biggest pieces being our love for going to Northern WI. We realized our "Up-North" was only 20 minutes from as we both have been going since a kid and continue to go.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our wedding day, 9.14.2024. We had our ceremony on an island on Okauchee Lake in Oconomowoc, WI. It was a sunny blue bird day, surrounded by all of our favorite friends and family. When the ceremony was done, we hopped in the center council and took a lap for not only pictures, but to take in the commitment we just made. We both looked at each other on the boat, said " I love you so much and we are so lucky." Ended the night with fireworks and on the amazing day, celebrating our love.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use it to remodel our home we just bought together as a married couple! It is from the 1970s so it could use a face lift as we plan for this home to be our forever home! We are also looking to start a family in the near future.
