He was working under a girls van and needed a tool to complete the job; she had called my roommate who lived a street over and I decided to go with him to her house. How would I pick one over the course of almost 20 years! We do often like to try and figure out our original "hook up" date since we spent the better part of the first-year drinking. Hey now... I was in my 20s isn't that what you do? We had to get married to have a real anniversary date. We are more responsible now than 20 years ago so I promise it would not go to drinking! We have both come a long way since we met and have both grown as people. We have had our financial troubles throughout the years, but we have always stuck together and never let it cause us to split. We are doing the best we have, and we have been able to pay off debt, but we have never been able to save money to buy a house, so we would use it as a down payment for that.
