We had to fight to be a couple and we love every one even those who hate us. We love life and love ourselves more.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
Our story began trying not to be gay and diving deeper into God/church involvement. Which is where we met. We first became friends and hung out a lot. Going rock climbing, kayaking, fishing, any thing outdoors, and concerts. Trying to fight the feelings we felt. Then we finally just fell in love and grew together hard times and good times. We became stronger together and who we were born to be. Not a day goes by I don’t think about what we went through and what diversity we faced to love!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Favorite memory was the day we said yes to forever in front of our friends and family who support us. It was such a special day to celebrate LOVE! And we continue to celebrate our love with others and stand up for those who are still struggling.
What would you do with $20,000?$20,000 is a lot so I would buy us a dirt bike then donate the rest of it to a local LGBTQ charity. We want to make a difference in the world and help others who don’t have the support and love we have. It’s hard to come out you lose a lot but also gain so much. But having the support and place to reach out to is key. Our local community LGBTQ charity gives us a safe place and becomes our family.
