We’d both been through heartbreak and weren’t looking for anything at all. Just two people, healing quietly, trying to move forward. Erica had been traveling the U.S. as a nomad. We met by chance at an open mic where she asked to sit next to me as there was an open seat and when our eyes met, something just... changed. We talked for hours that night. Since then, we haven’t looked back. Somehow in that moment, we found the kind of connection we didn’t think was real. But it is. And it’s ours.

To be honest, every memory made together is a favorite. From watching sunsets over mountains, taking spur of the moment trips, finding beautiful locations we’ve never been, camping just the two of us and dancing under the stars to our favorite song in the middle of a canyon road when nobody was out. We always make the best of everything. I’d say the memory we hold dearest is the night we met as it is the spark that set every adventure in motion and changed our lives for the better, forever.

Simple. We have both discussed what we’d do with the winnings if that were to become reality for us and would decide to put it towards the down payment and restoration of our dream fixer upper home in Montana. We would be ever so grateful to have the ability to do so.
