I was at his friend's house for our usual Friday night lameness. They called him and told him to come over - wanting to introduce us. I was sitting on the couch watching Sex and the City - he sat down next to me to my surprise and started watching it with me. That was the best ice breaker for us! I'm the one that's never met a stranger - hes the introvert.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?On our first official date night - he did the Door Test. If you've ever seen A Bronx Tale - you'll know... I had actually never seen nor heard of A Bronx Tale... he opened the car door for me to let me in - me being the kind person I am - reached over and unlocked his door. He stood behind the car watching me from the back window and he jumped with excitement. I had absolutely NO idea why. He told me weeks later. Now we go back to that to remember how far we've come.
What would you do with $20,000?Enjoy life. He is a Stage 4 cancer patient who recently was just cleared in March. Hes in early remission. We have a 18 and a 16 year old together. Put some money back and take the trip. Make more memories. Hes been given a 2nd chance at this game called Life. We're going to live after surviving. 20 years and hes still the one I want for life...
