Connect How did your love story begin?

Our story starts in high school. But we like to joke that it would be lame if we were high school sweethearts haha. We were just great friends who were always dating someone else. Then we didn’t see eachother once until our 10 year high school reunion- not even Facebook friends or IG. We hit it off at the reunion and I asked Christy on a date and she said… she was busy. On my 3rd attempt of asking I told myself this was the last ask and she luckily was free that night and the rest is history.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our favorite memory besides our wedding weekend is a road trip we took. We went to The Grand Canyon, Zion, Joshua Tree and other parks during a southwest road trip. We are very active and love great food so we found fun places to explore and eat at along the way. It was an unforgettable trip we still talk about and want to do again. We love adventure!

What would you do with $20,000?

We would do 2 things. 1 donate some to animal rescue shelters. Our rescue dog Nino is our baby and we love helping out shelters. 2 is we want to open up our kitchen because we love hosting dinner parties and there is a big wall preventing the vibes from the kitchen to effortlessly flow into the living room. We are one wall away from the ultimate dinner party experience!
