We were both in the same friend group but we never really gave each other attention or were close to each other at all. Jonathan was closer to the guys and the other girls than with Luisa, and Luisa was closer to the girls than Jonathan and the other guys. One weekend, we went to a religious retreat/convention that the rest of the friend group didn't go to. This gave us time to get to know each other a little better and the more we talked and laughed together the more the spark grew into a fire!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is our first vacation together with Luisa’s family. This was the first time Jonathan met Luisa’s extended family from Dominican Republic, and since it is pretty hard for Luisa’s family to travel because of the expenses it was a very amazing experience for Jonathan to meet them and get to know them on a personal level!
What would you do with $20,000?With 20,000 we would be able to actually have our dream wedding. We have been struggling for a bit now because of money issues and our wedding is in October so with $20,000 we would use it to finish paying off our wedding and actually be able to furnish our apartment!
