Larry and I met doing theatre; a production of Oliver. After some flirting there, we went a few years without seeing one another...but I always had a crush on him. So when a very good friend of mine saw him at a wedding, she told me that he was asking about me. I sent him an email to check in and he invited me to the show he was currently musically directing. Even though I can't stand that show, I was there opening weekend. That was the first day of the rest of our lives.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We have so many...The memory of us going to our first Penn State game together (I am an alum)...countless Yankee games...Getting married secretly a year and a half before our actual wedding...Traveling together to Disney where he was in a talent competition for his company...Having our two children...getting dogs...leaving Jersey and buying our home together in Pennsylvania...finding Bermuda together and making that OUR island..of course, his proposal was amazing as well.
What would you do with $20,000?Probably put it in 529s for our kids and leave some left over for a much needed vacation together. We both work our asses off and free time doesn't come easy but it would be nice to be able to just get away and not worry about the cost for that trip.
