Our love story began years ago at a cozy little coffee shop called The Queen Bean. It was poetry night- a once a month event. We met there for the first time, and something just clicked. We became fast friends, then best friends, bonding over our shared love for poetry and meaningful conversation. Looking back, it feels like the universe gently nudged us together in that moment. What started as a simple night of spoken word turned into the beginning of everything.

We both agree that our Star Wars wedding has been our recent favorite memory. The day felt like a cinematic adventure- from the emotional first look and private vows, to the unexpected plot twist of the groom forgetting his shoes! One of the most unforgettable moments was surprising my husband with Darth Vader and Stormtrooper cosplayers at the reception during our first dance. We ended the night exactly how we’d want to: sharing In-N-Out in our hotel room, soaking in the magic of it all.

If we had $20,000, we’d split it between smart investing and a few meaningful upgrades to our home. First, we’d invest a portion to build our future. Then we’d fix and do a modest remodel of our bathroom, which is long overdue and would make a big difference in our daily lives. A good portion to be used towards plumbing and electrical upgrades since we keep having surges. We'd also love to build a proper dog run for our husky and a cozy catio for our cats so they can safely enjoy the outdoors. ♡
