Connect How did your love story begin?

We were at callbacks for a college musical and learning how to tango. While waiting for the next callback, we realized we had the same shoes on. A few minutes later we started chatting and we never stopped. We have so many things in common it seemed like we were a match made in heaven. Our first date lasted 8 hours and it consisted of eating Taco Bell and just talking to one another. We confessed our love to each other within a week and we have been together whenever possible and ever since.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

The first time we ever hung out together alone, we spent 3 hours in a small room with 1 piano, singing and dancing together. David was a music major and had access to the practice rooms. After our first "date" to Taco Bell🤣, we went on a late night adventure to the music practice rooms. We played songs for each other and sang along to some of our favorite Disney duets. It felt like a scene from a movie. To end the night we practiced the tango that we learned the night we met. It was perfect.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would use the $20,000 prize to help start our own business. We want to create a multi purpose performing arts space with a western theme where people of all ages can come enjoy the fun of southern line dancing! The space would also function as a music and dance studio. Our passions are music, dance, and theatre, and this would skyrocket our goals. It would be a dream come true!
