Our story is better than a lifetime movie. We met in London purely by chance, talked, became friends and now we will grow old together.

We met in London England on New Year's 11 years ago, and the first thing I said to her was happy New year. She lived in the city of Portland Oregon, and I lived out in the country in North Carolina on Wagon Wheel road. Two different people from different places, coincidentally at the same place at the same time. We shared a picture, that turned into texts, that turned into phone calls, that turned into love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We've had so many good times together it's hard to decide. Perhaps her best memory is yet to come. We did travel across the country in a refurbished motorhome to move from North Carolina to Oregon. That was great fun. We do still talk about that.
What would you do with $20,000?We would probably travel back to where we met in London for a vacation. Maybe travel beyond that. Definitely help out my sister, who is fighting an aggressive cancer. Who knows what else we could do?
