We’ve learned from our past relationships that the most important part in our relationship is active listening and open communication.
We would like to thank you for supporting The Resto's in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We originally met through TikTok, I had posted a video showing women that abused isn’t always physical. My now husband, at the time commented and apologized on behalf of all men and said he was sorry for what I went through. I replied privately and from there a friendship blossomed. We continued to chat through facebook as he lived in Florida and I in Texas. I had one bad blind date that was the scariest thing I ever experienced. He said why don’t you stop dating these guys and date me.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? Our first kiss, he made the decision to move to Texas and leave everything he had behind. He quit his job sold his belongings and a 3 day weekend trip turned out to be our best 20 something hour drive, we acted like teenagers. Stopped in places along the way and even made a stop at Buckee’s. But absolute best was our Valentine’s Day 2025 wedding, simple but yet extremely beautiful to us. He looked at me and I at him all dressed up and ready to give me his last name, we both cried ♥️
What would you do with $20,000?We never got a chance to take an official vacation or honeymoon due to our work schedules and the transition going on at his job. We would love to go to Puerto Rico as he was born there but grew up in the States. We both have family there too that we’ve never met in person so it would be a blessing to win this contest. And also finish school to become a DV advocate.
