Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began as a deep friendship. For the first year, Sam and I connected over real conversations about growth, healing, and the world we wanted to help change. We challenged each other to become better versions of ourselves and showed up with support and honesty. Over time, the trust, laughter, and shared dreams turned into something more. Love didn’t hit us all at once, it grew, slowly and intentionally, until we couldn’t imagine life without each other. Now 8 years later of our love.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

One of our favorite memories is sitting on Chelsea Pier after a dinner date, taking turns making up stories from our imagination. We had no plan, just a midnight sky, shared laughter, and pure joy. Each twist in the stories made us laugh harder until we were crying from laughter. It was a simple moment, but it captured everything we love about us: creativity, connection, and being fully ourselves together.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, we’d take a big step toward our dream of building a home together. Not just a place to live, but a space filled with love, late-night talks, laughter in the kitchen, and quiet mornings side by side. A home where we can grow, heal, and create memories that last a lifetime. We’ve built so much emotionally; now we want to plant roots physically. A foundation for the life we’re building, together.
