One of the first things we bonded over was our love of trivia, and during the pandemic we started playing trivia virtually. After realizing we had so much in common, we eventually made plans at one of our apartment's for dinner and trivia over Zoom. Our work schedules during the pandemic allowed us to spend quality time together, and it was head-over-heels love FAST!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We threw an "engagement party," which turned out to be a surprise wedding! We invited all our friends and family, and we made the announcement that the wedding was happening NOW! We put everyone's name in a hat and selected our bridal party and officiant at random. Our nephew stomped down the aisle to the Jurassic Park theme as our ring bearer, and after an outfit change we swapped vows in front of our loved ones. We had breakfast for dinner and an heirloom recipe cake... it was perfectly us!
What would you do with $20,000?We would use the $20,000 to begin growing our family... supporting fertility, adoption, or early parenting costs and create lasting memories through travel, shared experiences, and the simple joys of everyday life. This would bring us even closer, help us cherish each chapter together, and fall more in love every day! We can't wait for whatever this next phase of life has in store for us!
