We have known each other since Middle School but we didn’t notice each other in a romantic way until years later when we reconnected in our 20’s. Oscar and I started dating after he “recruited” me to a network marketing company. He said he saved his best sales pitch for me. We worked together for a while until he gathered the courage to ask my dad if he could go out with me. He said he fell in love with me after I “made” him a croissant breakfast sandwich that I actually had bought.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Although it wasn’t fun while it was happening, there was a season in our marriage where we experienced a lot of hardships. That has become our favorite memory because through it is when our relationship became rock solid, we built a strong foundation in our faith, and we found out what our marriage was capable of. It stretched us in the best way and it took our relationship to a new level of maturity and love.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000 we would pay for our kids’ schooling and take them on a nice vacation.
