A mutual friend in high school gave me Aaron’s number after realizing both of our favorite band was the Eagles. A sweet side note, the first time I messaged Aaron, Love Walks In by Van Halen played on his stereo! We started dating our senior year of college after we left a The Band CAMINO concert & kissed on the back porch of my apartment. The rest is history!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite shared memory would be the day before our wedding! We spent the whole day driving around Lake Tahoe; enjoying the beaches, learning about the history of the lake, and picking the spot where we would be wed the next day. We ended the evening in our cabin equally laughing & crying as we read letters from our friends & family, who were mostly all back in the Southeast, sharing wisdom & well wishes to take with us into our marriage. Those letters are now saved in a special scrapbook!
What would you do with $20,000?First and foremost, we would want to put some of the $20k into support for the National Park System. Seeing & exploring the National Parks have become a cornerstone of our marriage, and we want them to be able to be enjoyed for years to come. We would save some of the $20k to help pay off some debt & get the finishing touches of our car camping rig ready to go :)
