How did your love story begin?

Our love story began in 2008, in a psychology class at Georgia Southern University. I was the spontaneous, social butterfly a spirited, Latina with a big heart and zero fear of starting conversations with complete strangers. Brian was the quiet observer, quick-witted, always ready with a clever comeback or one-liner that had people laughing even when they weren’t sure if he was joking (he was, probably) Together, we’re the perfect blend of fire, calm, laughter, love, and care.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We’ve made countless memories together from college tailgates to traveling the world side by side but the one that stands out most is something simple: dancing in our kitchen. No music planned, no moves rehearsed just the two of us, caught in a random moment, swaying like no one’s watching. There’s something about those spontaneous kitchen dances that brings us closer every time. It’s where we laugh the hardest, love the deepest, and remember that no matter where life takes us, this is home.

What would you do with $20,000?

If we won $20,000, we’d do the responsible thing... eventually. First, we’d take a trip, upgrade our home speaker system for even better kitchen dance sessions, and maybe finally hire someone to spackle a wall properly just to honor our unforgettable first date.
