Our story begins with us taking Bible class together in church. After a year of knowing each other, we had gone out for dinner. I have let him know that I was seeing someone else that evening when he told me that he was interested I began to pray and in my prayer, I stated to God that he was going to have to choose because I always choose wrong. God answered my prayer because he left me with my now husband. After knowing my husband for seven months, we were married.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?His favorite memory is Thanksgiving of 2024. He met my mom and she invited him to spend the weekend with us. We both enjoyed the fact that she asked him to pray for the meal. I enjoyed that it was the first time I had ever received any kind of acceptance from my mother. It was such a blessing for things to come together. For a change in both our lives.
What would you do with $20,000?We currently live in a one bedroom apartment with my college age daughter who comes home and it is a bit crowded. We would love to use it for a down payment on a home for us so that we can be more comfortable. Also the space would be use for our business of helping couples and relationships. We are starting a coaching business.
