We have been married for almost 27 years. We have stayed together by loving Jesus and each other.

My best friend set us up in 1997. He lived in Minnesota and I lived in Texas. We went to the Mall of America on our first date. We thought it would go nowhere. We started talking more and visiting each other more. We were engaged in 1997 and married in June of 1998.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We adopted our 2 foster children in 2019. On the way to the courthouse, my daughter decided she wanted to be a Christian. It was a great day with both sides of the family watching us become a family of 4.
What would you do with $20,000?We would give some of it to ministries to help foster children. We would save some and use the help pay for our children's college. We want them to have a successful future since they had a rough start being in foster care.
