How did your love story begin?

We met in high school. We have been together since we were just 16. July we will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We have two beautiful daughters, and have created a loving and close family with lots of laughter and love. We have lost loved ones and lost jobs, went through a recession that financially hit hard, covid, and other ups and downs. We have continued to stay true to us by putting our marriage and family first. Love, commitment and a good sense of humor is key!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

My favorite memory is the day we married each other, not everyone thought we would be together through and after high school. Having our daughters was our other two memorable moments. We are lucky and blessed our girls have got to grow up seeing what a loving, committed, respectful, honest and fun marriage looks like. We have grown up together happily. Grateful to have found each other so young and be blessed to share so many moments and years together, it’s been a wonderful journey.

What would you do with $20,000?

We have two beautiful daughters, that will both be in college this year. Our oldest daughter will be a senior in college and our youngest will be a freshman. We would put the money investing in our girls education for college tuition. Taking an empty nester vacation would be good for us to get away too, we earned it. Raised two amazing kids and we continue to love and grow as we navigate this new journey with our kids gone on their new adventures.
