Connect How did your love story begin?

Scotty was a single Dad of a 5-yr old, working as a professional Drummer and Producer; Elisabeth was a professional Circus artist. They met playing/singing with E's sister, who Scotty was producing. A month later Scotty was throwing a small July 4th shindig and E showed up solo. Scotty was smitten! And the rest is history! Our first date was painting the interior of Scotty's studio, and bonding over all the music we both love. We've been together 13 years!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Scotty had always wanted to see Fleetwood Mac live... in 2018, when Scotty was so ill with cancer that he could barely walk, we rolled up to their 50th reunion show at the Forum in LA with Scotty in a wheelchair. We had nosebleed tickets, but when the staff saw the wheelchair, they escorted us to fantastic seats just above stage right where we had the night of our life!! It was definitely a transformational, healing experience as we waded through the struggle of a potentially fatal illness!

What would you do with $20,000?

Our dream is to own not only a home, but a property where we can host retreats, family and friends, and share all the creative endeavors that bring us joy. We really want to give back to our community as well, since we both were very influenced by mentors. We would use this to get the ball rolling!
