It’s an interesting story - my husband was living a single lifestyle but felt a strong desire to settle down, be a better father, and get closer to GOD. He said he prayed to God to send him someone who would walk with him in building a family - just days later, we met. On our first date, we instantly connected. We had the same values & dreams, especially about how we wanted to raise our children. Everything fell into place We dated for 6 months, & got married, & here we are, 17 years later.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? One unforgettable memory is the birth of each of our children we held each other’s hand through every moment. Another was a solo trip to Hawaii, just the two of us. We hiked Diamond Head for the first time, and when we reached the top, it started raining. Suddenly, a double rainbow stretched above us. It was pure paradise.
What would you do with $20,000?The first 10K we would donate to an organization which focuses on helping families. With the other 10K we’d take our entire family including our 5 kids (their spouses), and our 88 yr old live in grandma Jo on a dream trip to Disney WORLD. It’s something we’ve never done together.
