We met in high school and were friends before dating. He then left for the military, so we broke up. We remained friends throughout this time and celebrated each other's accomplishments from afar. Six years later, when he returned from his military service, we reunited. We were married just over a year later and we just celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary! Our story is one of laughs, loss, ups, downs and a whole lot of love. Life with your soulmate is amazing!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Not long after my husband and I reunited in 2014, we went to a music festival. It was an amazing day of music and fun. We laughed and danced so much. I looked at him while he was singing along and at that moment, I knew, I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him by my side.
What would you do with $20,000?We would buy a nicer car, then, use some to go on another family vacation. The rest would go away into savings so we could save up to maybe one day go on a honeymoon.
