We’re a friends to lovers success story, we’re band nerds, & we not only survived but thrived after 3 years of long distance during college.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
We met in college marching band! He’s a saxophonist and I played piccolo. We were friends for a few years and then we both found ourselves single at the same time. Bonson asked me out and I told him yes, but just as friends because I’d just had my heart broken and I wasn’t ready for anything serious (I was secretly falling for him though) So, we went hiking and I couldn’t resist giving him a kiss. We went on a few more dates and the rest is history!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? Our honeymoon in Amalfi Coast, Italy! We’re both foodies and we love to see new sights and experience history, so Italy was perfect for us as newlyweds. We gorged ourselves on fresh seafood and pasta and enjoyed many lemon spritzes.
What would you do with $20,000?We would put a dent in our student loans. We both have graduate degrees and have racked up a good amount of debt. The 20k would be amazing to get those numbers down so we can put more money towards saving for a home and a family someday!
