It began innocently enough with Deon asking me for a ride to the local convenience store one Wednesday night after Bible Study. What followed were hours upon hours of conversations that eventually led us both to a place of total awe, commitment and selfless love! From the very beginning this felt different. We felt different together as if we were right where we should’ve been all along.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My adult children were a bit skeptical about our whirlwind romance at first. My favorite memories shared as a couple have been those times where I have realized that my children have realized that what Deon and I share is genuine and authentic. Those moments when we mesh so well together and they notice that we are meant to be! Being hopelessly devoted to each other is a shared memory that we hope will encourage others for many, many years to come as a reminder that true love does still exist!
What would you do with $20,000?We would take a much needed vacation with all of our children and grandchildren. Enjoying our families after years of trials and tribulations is our hearts greatest desire. As a blended family, making time to spend together and to love one another is priceless!!!!
