How did your love story begin?

Our love story traces all the way back to the early ’90s, in a little movie store in North Carolina. We were just kids, sharing a brief moment by a Coke machine, completely unaware of the role we’d play in each other’s lives years later. Fast forward to 2006: we met again, this time behind the bar at Outback Steakhouse. What started as a fun friendship quickly grew into something deeper. A few years later, we realized what had been there all along, we were meant to be more than just friends.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Without a doubt, becoming parents to our beautiful daughter Zoey is the highlight of our lives. But as a family, one of our most unforgettable chapters began in 2022 when we made the bold decision to leave our corporate lives behind, move to the mountains, and travel the country in our RV. Slowing down and embracing a simpler way of life allowed us to be truly present—exploring new places, making unforgettable memories, and showing Zoey the magic of living fully and intentionally.

What would you do with $20,000?

Take a trip together to somewhere we’ve never been—experience something brand new, just the two of us. There’s something powerful about stepping into the unknown side by side. Exploring the world together not only brings excitement and adventure, but it deepens our bond, strengthens our communication, and reminds us of why we fell in love in the first place. By investing in us, we’re investing in our family. When our relationship is healthy, connected, and growing, it allows our family to grow.
