We attended the same university, but were always one degree is separation away. At an alumni event, Sean used a mutual friend to introduce himself and then played a little hard to get to really rope me in. He didn’t need to do that since I was intrigued from the first second. At the end of the weekend, he asked me on a date and we were inseparable from then on.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There are so many that come to mind, but they all stem from the life that we built together after he battled cancer early in our relationship. One of our favorite is our impromptu ‘Fergalicious’ lip synced dance at our wedding that people still can’t believe wasn’t rehearsed. It really was a high point showing our connectedness, silliness, and how much fun we have with each other every day.
What would you do with $20,000?Part of building our life together has involved buying a fixer-upper and making it our dream home, so a bit would go to paying for some of those renovations and maybe a few new ones. We also love to travel and would probably take a trip to a new place, our dream is Thailand, to create some more memories!
