We’re Julie and Waylon, professional dancers and teachers who’ve known each other for 25 years. Waylon was my dance coach when I was younger, and now we’re engaged and getting married this November. Life hasn’t always been smooth sailing with divorces thrown toward each of us. Through it all, we’ve been each other’s strongest support. What started as a coach-student bond grew into a deep love built on trust, resilience and rhythm. Now we get to dance through life together, promenading into love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Being on the dance floor together after years have flown by and connecting physically and emotionally as if we had not lived through turmoil. That we were able to shut out the world and just move and sway to our own beat.
What would you do with $20,000?We would be using this money toward our wedding day and honeymoon. Waylon and I are having a small, intimate ceremony with friends and family tucked away in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. To have an amazing photographer and videographer would mean the world to us. This income would get us to our dream of a day and coming days of our honeymoon. We appreciate your support in making that happen. Thank you from your dancing through life couple!
