How did your love story begin?

we met on an airplane crash call at work 6 miles offshore (the pilot was okay!), I was focused on the call because I was in charge of it, so I didn't pay him attention (he still jokes about it to this day), and we reconnected a month later through a mutual friend and have been inseparable since. He originally was living in CT, so he terminated his lease, quit his job, got a new job in FL, and made TWO round trips to move his stuff down to FL to be with me! :)

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

When he first told me he loved me. We were together for 3 weeks at the time, and we had spent the day going out on the town and singing at bars, and when we got back to the hotel, he looked at me lovingly and said "I know it's only been three weeks..." and I interrupted him telling him "I know right???", and he kept going and smiled really hard and said "but I just want you to know that I love you." My heart skipped SEVERAL beats, I teared up, smiled, and I told him I love him. I always will.

What would you do with $20,000?

We are working a LOT, doing a lot of overtime (we are both cops), sacrificing some time together to save up all our money because we want to be able to buy a house where we live. Houses are expensive here, but my family lives here and we love where we are and want to permanently make it our home :) That way we can have it the way we want it and we can finally have a dog again!
