We met as kids—he was in my dad’s class and became close to my family through church, baseball, and mission trips. Though we were never close, we were always around each other. Years passed with no contact, until one Sunday he showed up at church and sat in front of me. From that day on, we’ve been inseparable. What started as childhood familiarity became a deep love that was always meant to be.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of our sweetest memories is the quiet moment right after we said “I do.” After all the planning and nerves, we finally had a moment to ourselves. We held each other, tears of joy streaming down our faces, whispering, “You’re my husband,” “You’re my wife,” and “We just got married.” It was pure, beautiful, and the beginning of forever—just us, wrapped in love and the joy of becoming one.
What would you do with $20,000?I just finished my degree in Elementary Education, so we’d use some of the money to pay off student loans. We also have a beautiful home full of projects waiting to be done, so a portion would go there. Anything left, we’d set aside for the future family we pray to start soon—Lord willing. Every bit would help us build the life and love we’ve dreamed of together.
