We met in college & became very good friends. While going on casual dates with other people we both realized that something more could be there beneath the surface of our strong friendship. It became clear very quickly that we simply fit together. Our story isn’t extraordinary but it is very real. We are each other’s best friends and our love is strong, easy, and we are better in the world together than we ever were on our own.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?How can we pick one memory in 14 years of Marriage and nearly 20 years of friendship? Pulling all nighters writing papers in college, living in crappy apartments, dancing all night with our friends at our wedding, having our first baby, buying our first house, surviving having twins? To try and single out and generalize our relationship with one memory would be to ignore all the relationships we’ve had: friends, dating, marriage, & parenting. To pick 1 would be to ignore the beauty of the others
What would you do with $20,000?We have always wanted to travel the world together. We are both big history buffs and love trying new foods,and exploring new cultures. Unfortunately raising 3 kids doesn’t mesh well with that dream. We’d use the money to spend more time together!
