You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
Our love story all began in the most romantic way... through an app! Okay, so maybe it's not the most romantic beginning to a love story, but it is the start of ours! With a busy schedule and long distance, we were not able to have a first date for quite some time. We spent hours and hours building a friendship together through phone calls, and when we finally had our first date it was like we had known each other forever. For the first time there weren't butterflies, there was only security.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? Our favorite memory together has to be our proposal! Josh planned the best proposal on the last day of school, as Danielle is a 3rd grade teacher. When she walked back to the classroom after a fake planned interview, she was shocked to find students, teachers, family, friends, and Josh in her room. With Taylor Swift's "Invisible String" playing in the background, Josh got down on one knee as the students helped to ask, "Will you marry him?!". Through happy tears, the answer was of course a YES!!
What would you do with $20,000?With the $20,000 we would use it to help pay for our dream wedding in St. Louis, MO! One large part of those dreams is paying for accessibility in all areas of the wedding. Danielle has two younger brothers, Matt and Zach, who both have cerebral palsy and use power wheelchairs to get around. The twins will be groomsmen, and we are hoping to find accessible party bus transportation, formalwear, and more.
