We've known each other since 2007, from middle school. I had a crush on him pretty much right off the bat, it took him someone telling him to be interested. We dated for a month in 9th grade but it didn't work out. After that we were great friends until our senior year until a mutual traumatic experience reunited us. Right before we graduated, he asked me to be his girlfriend.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?That's a tough one after 12 years. But the last night we had in Japan in January of this year was wonderful. We had just gotten back Tokyo to fly out the next day after parting ways with friends. We had no plans for the day. Something about being with your best friend and enjoying a place that makes you both so happy. We got sushi for dinner that night, got a little tipsy, the chef thought we were cute and took our picture. I'll think about that night for a long time.
What would you do with $20,000?Save a lot of it. Invest it. Plan for our future with it as a solid base. Or go on a wicked awesome honeymoon after we get married in October. But most likely it'll be a great help to start our married life together no matter how we use it.
