Our story began in sixth grade—two small-town kids, passing in the halls. I had a quiet crush on the farm boy, though we ran in different circles. Nearly a decade after high school, fate stepped in. Jason posted on Facebook asking how to make Dutch Bros coffee. I, a former barista, chimed in. That led to playful exchanges, a karaoke rivalry, and our first real date. He showed up at my door, took me to dinner and a movie—and we’ve been inseparable ever since.

It’s hard to choose just one because we’ve shared so many incredible moments—traveling the world, building a family, and supporting each other through everything. But if we had to pick one, it would be the day he proposed through our local Dutch Bros. He got inside the stand and handed me a keepsake cup when I drove up, that said “Will you marry me,” on the lid with the ring slid over the straw. It was perfect—and started a tradition where Dutch Bros has shown up in every big milestone since.
