How did your love story begin?

I was previously married and Evan was the best man in my wedding. We had been friends for years. When my marriage didn’t work out and his mom passed away we became even closer. Helping each other to heal. We recently got married on May 11th. Want to guess who his best man was, my ex husband. Those around us see how bonded we are through the highs and lows of our life. He is my rock and my best friend. Evan took care of me when I couldn’t leave the house for a month due to my panic attacks.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Honestly, as cheesy as it may be, our wedding. We had a small wedding at the beach surround by 45 of our closest friends and family. Neither one of us had a bit of anxiety the entire day. We were so excited to be married with all the people we love most as our witness. We danced the night away under the stars, disco balls and all, having the best time of our lives. A memory that will last from this lifetime to the next! Seeing him cry as I came down the aisle is something I’ll never forget.

What would you do with $20,000?

Evan is a fire fighter so his pay isn’t great for the work he does in our community & the time spent away. I had to sell my boutique due to my anxiety & now I work in retail. We would use some of the money to finally take a honeymoon and complete some much need fixes to our home. We desperately need new windows for our house but simply can’t cover that right now. Evan would also love to finish school so he can continue to promote with in his station. This could be life changing for both of us!
