We were both searching for a partner, not just a relationship. Someone to share our lives with. We matched on Facebook dating March 2024. It didn't take us long to see how well we fit together and we married in November! What we have together is something we both always wanted, but never thought we'd actually find with someone. We love sharing every part of our lives together - the good and bad - and helping to heal each other from past hardships and support each other's growth and goals.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?There are several, so I'll pick two: On our third date, he leaned in to kiss me, and though I wanted to, I didn't feel quite ready, having been burned in the past, so I turned my head. It's become quite the joke between us that I know he'll never let me live down! (Because I kissed him on the next date. 😂) Early into our relationship, we were talking and we both knew we loved each other and wanted to get married. There was just a depth in that moment that I knew I never wanted to let go of.
