We have been dragged through the deepest mud you can think of & dragged even deeper & still came out unscathed & still together 20yrs later!
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
I was fresh out of an abusive relationship with a 2 mth old baby & was working at Walgreens when the new manager (Steven) walked in & that's how we first met. We got to know each other over the next 4 mths & then started dating, 2 mths later he proposed (LONG story how we got there so quickly), 1 yr later we got married, 2 mths after we married Steven adopted my son, & 20 yrs later we are still together with another child (a girl) mixed into this crazy rollercoaster we have called our life.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? We have 2 major favorite memories!! The 1st fav memory is (again it is a LONG story how we got to this part) when my abusive Ex surrendered his rights to my son & then 2 mths after Steven & I got married Steven adopted my son. Then of course our 2nd fav memory is after MANY years (13) of trying & then giving up to have a child together, God finally gave us our daughter. I’m sure there are other favorite memories thrown in there after being together for so long, but these are our most favorite!
What would you do with $20,000?First we'd pay off some bills!! Then with whatever we might have left over we hopefully will be able to finally have the trip of our dreams to go to Italy and Ireland to see where our families come from. Plus put some money into our kids bank accounts to help them for their future.
