How did your love story begin?

Our love story began with music! We both were musicians at a church service and when our eyes met across the church, we knew there was something special about to happen! I asked the music director to give Ron my number and tell him he could call me if he wanted to, and he called the next day. 33 years later we are still in love and happy together!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We have several memories that really stick out to us, but the top 2 are our trip to Mexico and out trip to Poland to meet and adopt our children. We adopted them in Poland after spending a month with them, getting to know them and learning about each other. A super special moment in the process was adopting the children on Carla's birthday. There is no more precious gift than the gift of children, and to become parents in such a special way was a moment that we will never forget!

What would you do with $20,000?

Something we dearly want to do us take our kids back to Poland, their homeland, for a family vacation. We have been talking about it for several years, and our kids have expressed how much they would like to go back and see where they came from. It would mean so much to do this as an established family, and $20,000 would help this dream become a reality for us. We really want to do this for our kids and for us!
