Connect How did your love story begin?

We met years ago, crossed paths a few times, but in November of 2020, everything changed. We reconnected, hung out once.. and basically never stopped. From a rainchecked first date to raising a family, we’ve been writing a love story full of music, grit, growth, and connection. We’re opposites in many ways, he’s the moon, I’m the sun, but we balance and challenge each other in the best ways. It’s not traditional or perfect, but it is ours.. which is everything.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Walking and laughing under the Christmas lights at Bellingrath Gardens on our first real date. It was cold, we were nervous, and the lights felt like magic. That night confirmed what we already knew, we’d found our person in each other. Since then, we’ve made bigger memories, buying a house, raising our son, surviving way too many DIY projects, but that moment will always shine bright for us.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would use it to grow our family. Josh is a cancer survivor, and while we are incredibly thankful for his health, we’ve been struggling to grow our family naturally. We’ve always known we might need a little extra help, and this support could be life changing. With our wedding in November, $20,000 would bring us one step closer to building the future we’ve dreamed of.. together, with love, hope, and maybe one more little heartbeat.
