Our relationship felt easy from the start. It was built on friendship, shared values, and families who genuinely care for each other.

Micah moved to Coffeyville, Kansas where my family lives to play basketball, but he tore his ACL and was taken in by my great aunts into the home of my great-grandma Edna Mae. That house has been in my family since 1954 and shaped generations including mine. My great aunts and great-grandma have always been a huge part of my life and became important to Micah too. Our families connected long before we started dating, and our love grew from a deep sense of home and family.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? One of our favorite memories is visiting the beach to see Micah’s family. It was our first time spending several days together and it made everything feel even more real. After I left, it took Micah about 24 hours to realize how much he missed me and he booked a flight home right away. We didn’t want to be apart, and that trip was when we really knew this was something special.
What would you do with $20,000?If we had $20,000 we would put it toward buying a home of our own. After we get married soon having a place to start our life together would mean everything. We want a space where we can grow and start a family, create memories, and build a future. It would truly help us start our life as a married couple.
