Our love story began in our chemistry class (yes, we know!) in high school. We sat next to each other and became lab partners. Niko was pretty enamored with me very quickly but I played it very cool and friend zoned him for the next 2 years. We then started dating end of our senior year in high school...and dated for another 18 years after that!! We finally got married last summer in Greece (both he and I are greek) surroneded by our friends and family.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?When you are with someone for 18 years years, there are so many amazing memories. My favorite memory is when Niko found a coffee shop for sale and asked me if I wanted to go in as business partners and open it together. Owning Elevate Coffee in Chicago has had so many ups and downs and we learned so much about each other. Not only that, it strengthened our relationship further.
What would you do with $20,000?I believe we would invest it into our cafe to continue flourishing!
