We are high school sweethearts who have faced life challenges together, always knowing we have each other's backs.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
Sam and David met in high school after he quiet baseball and transferred into Ms. Hollands French class. A friend of his introduced him to everyone who was sitting at our table, and the person right behind him was Sam. It took a couple months of chasing her around like a lost puppy, but eventually she decided he wasn't so bad!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? We have a lot, and had to take some time to compare notes. But he'll never forget when she surprised him on her way home from her first semester in college. He was up late watching a movie at a friend's house, thinking she was driving back to her dorm at Sonoma State from a night out with friends. But when she came through the door, he was truly surprised. I love that moment as an example of how much we love giving each other those happy moments.
What would you do with $20,000?We would love to bring our friends and family to a little "destination" wedding in Vegas and tie the knot with Hellvis. We've built a lot together, and would love to share that exciting moment with those closest to us. What we would have leftover would go toward continuing to build our savings and plan for a long future together!
