We lived 63 miles apart with our dating distance on eHarmony set to 60 miles. Pete's grandfather sadly passed away which allowed him to travel to his cousin's wedding and close the gap in our distance. I was working in a floral department dealing with Valentine's Day on the verge of deleting my profile, but lucky for him I had time for a first date. While walking around the mall and chatting we realized his grandfather passed on my birthday. The universe (and Pop) decided we needed each other.

I was never into wrestling, but over the 8 years we've been together I've become a HUGE fan. We added little bits of wrestling into our wedding vows and even entered the reception to The Miz & Maryse's wrestling entrance. It was amazing. During WrestleMania 40 week in Philly, we found out The Miz was signing autographs at WWE World. We printed a photo of us doing his entrance and stood in line hoping to meet him. The universe was on our side that day and the signed photo hangs in our living room

I am a music teacher who teaches 3- to 8-year-olds with special needs and my husband works for the state. Education and life are expensive!
