We wanted to share the story of how we met—because it’s a reminder to us that love can show up when you least expect it, even in the middle of a busy kitchen on Anna Maria Island. We were coworkers at first, just doing our jobs and keeping our heads down in the chaos of service. But over time—and after a few fun after-work parties—we started to really see each other. We talked, laughed, and slowly found all these little things in common. Our love for good food brought us together first.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memories are every time we go to Disney World. It’s not just the rides or the shows—it’s just being there together. Whether we’re walking around, sharing a snack, or watching fireworks, it always feels magical. No matter how many times we go, it’s special because we’re side by side, laughing, dreaming, and enjoying the simple joy of each other’s company in the most magical place on Earth.
What would you do with $20,000?Monica and I would put the $20,000 toward starting our family and fixing up our home. We’ve been dreaming of having a baby soon, and this would help us build a safe, loving space to grow our future together.
