We met online and had our first date on October 26, 2024, riding the scenic train through the autumn-kissed Hocking Hills. The train wasn’t thrilling, but his company made it unforgettable. We didn’t want the night to end, so we had dinner—and when he asked for a hug goodbye, it sealed the deal. Funny to think we’d never have met had he not passed through my hometown on his way to vacation in Canada.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?He joined me for Thanksgiving with my extended family, where aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents welcomed him with open arms. Surrounded by warmth and laughter, we both felt a deep sense of belonging and knew we had found something rare. He appreciated that they made him feel welcomed and loved. I valued the amount of comfort he brought, knowing I could be 100% myself with him around them.
What would you do with $20,000?If awarded $20,000, we’d use it to lay the foundation for our future—purchasing our first home, creating space to grow our family, and building lifelong memories together. It would help turn our shared dreams into reality and give us a strong start as we begin this next chapter side by side.
