It all began in 2019 with a simple swipe on a dating app. Erik invited me to a boat party in Austin, TX, but my parents said I couldn’t go LOL — so that was that. Fast forward to the Texas snowstorm of 2021: Erik was stuck in Atlanta for work, and during his visit, we decided to go on back-to-back dates. From there, our connection deepened. We dated long distance for a while until I eventually made the move to Dallas with a ring on my finger of course — and the rest is history.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?It’s all the small details that have helped our love grow into what it is today. From getting married at the courthouse in an intimate ceremony—just the two of us—to keeping it a secret for a whole year, every part of our journey has been uniquely ours. Sharing the surprise of our elopement with our family and friends during our wedding celebration made the moment even more meaningful and unforgettable.
