We have been best friends since kindergarten. While we didn't go to the same school until college, we saw each other every Sunday at church where both of our families attended. We were told at our wedding that even when we were children, the congregation who knew us knew that we would be married to each other someday. We may have started officially dating each other at 19, but our love story was already 14 years in the making. Years later, we married each other in the church where we grew up.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?As a spontaneous trip, we drove route 66 from Azusa all the way to the Arizona boarder. We tried to stay on route 66 as much as possible and only took the interstate in sections where the route was closed. We landed at a hotel that had direct views of the river from our room.
What would you do with $20,000?We would put it towards either a house or at least a larger apartment for us to live in and grow our family in.
